- Visa Application Form
- Valid Passport (Valid for at least 06 months and 2 blank pages)
- Two copies of recently taken passport-size color photographs
- At least US$ 1000/= (for 30 days) US$ 500/- (for 2 weeks) foreign exchange endorsement or Receipt of the Credit Card is used, the balance should be certified by the respective bank. (If the applicant is sponsored, he/she will be exempted from the above requirement.)
- NOC, visiting card, job id
- Invitation or an offer letter from Sri Lanka
- Return the air ticket and photocopy of the ticket
