Before using any of Explorex’s services, we kindly ask you to read our terms and conditions. By using any materials, information, products, or services from Explorex, you agree to these terms. Explorex reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time, without prior notice.
Changes to Itinerary
Explorex reserves the right to change or modify the travel plans at any time due to reasons such as natural disasters, strikes, festivals, bad weather, traffic issues, hotel or flight overbookings, flight cancellations, or closures/restrictions at tourist spots. While we will try our best to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not responsible for any refunds or compensation claims due to these changes.
Service Charges and Refunds
Explorex does not add extra service charges, except for those set by the operators (hotels, airlines, etc.). In special cases like natural disasters or government-enforced closures, Explorex may offer new tour dates or a full refund at our discretion. If a tour is canceled by the tour operator for unforeseen reasons, customers will receive a full refund.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed after a successful cancellation. The refund will be sent through the same method the customer used to make the payment. It may take 7 to 25 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.
Cancellation, Return, and Refunds
- Explorex follows the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, buses, and tour operators.
- Refund or re-issue requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel date.
- Refunds for hotels, flights, or tours will appear in your account within 7 to 25 working days.
- Convenience charges are non-refundable.
- If a tour is canceled due to unforeseen reasons, travelers are entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.
- EMI charges apply to EMI transactions.
- In cases of national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, or natural disasters, the standard refund policy may not apply.
- For refunds processed via Mobile Financial Services (MFS) like Bkash, Nagad, or Rocket, a cash-out/service charge will apply. The exact amount depends on the MFS used for payment.

General Terms & Conditions
⇒ General Terms
- All tour packages and related services are subject to availability at the time of booking, not when payment is made.
- Price quotes are valid for up to 48 hours and may change based on availability.
- Published rates do not apply during busy times like holidays, trade fairs, exhibitions, or special events.
- Child and infant policies vary by individual hotels, transport providers, and local tour operators.
- Booking money for local tours is partially refundable on special requests, but non-refundable for foreign tours.
- Explorex reserves the right to make changes based on negotiations.
- All hotels and ships are subject to availability, and prices may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
- We do not hold reservations for flights or hotels until you confirm your booking. After confirmation, we will re-check prices and availability; if the same option is available, the quoted price will apply.
- Similar hotels will be provided if the selected ones are sold out or unavailable. Once hotels or ships are booked, they cannot be changed during the tour. If guests request a change, extra charges will apply. In special cases, other hotels or ships of similar price may be chosen after mutual discussion.
- Travel dates depend on the schedule of the flight, bus, train, or ship. For package tours, travel dates must be confirmed at least 21 days in advance.
- No fake or forged documents will be accepted.
- Explorex is not liable for flight, bus, train, or ship delays or cancellations. Customers will receive a refund according to company policy.
- Full payment for the package must be made 10 to 21 days before the trip. If not paid, the hotel booking will be cancelled, and new arrangements will require additional payment.
- For tours to places like Maldives and Sri Lanka, the cost of air tickets and package prices must be paid upfront and are non-refundable.
- During holidays like Eid, Puja, Christmas, or New Year, extra charges may apply due to increased costs for hotels, flights, and transport.
- Explorex is not responsible for additional costs arising from natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation issues.
- Before booking, ensure you understand what is included and excluded. Once booked, no additional claims will be accepted.
- Familiarize yourself with and follow the laws of the country you are visiting.
- Provide your mobile phone number when booking, and inform Explorex if you lose it for any reason.
- Prices and service charges may change at any time. If you face any problems during the tour, you must inform Explorex immediately; complaints made after the tour will not be accepted.

- Explorex acts as a platform for bookings, and travelers must agree to the terms of the travel providers before making any reservations.
- Prices and offers may change based on availability. We strive to provide accurate information, but mistakes can happen. Please confirm prices and details with us before booking.
- By making a booking, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- You accept and agree to all the terms presented here.
- All information you provide for the booking is true, accurate, current, and complete.
⇒ Tour Components
In the event of “unavailability of any tour component,” it means that specific parts of your booked tour may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances. This can include:
- Accommodation Issues: If the hotel you booked is not available or closes unexpectedly.
- Transportation Constraints: If flights, trains, or other pre-arranged transport are unavailable or disrupted.
- Activity Changes: If attractions, excursions, or activities planned in your tour cannot be accessed.
If any of these situations occur, we will notify you as soon as possible about the unavailable component. We will work together to find alternative options or adjust the package price as needed. Our goal is to keep you informed and ensure a satisfactory solution in case of unforeseen changes to your tour.

- Explorex may issue promotional codes or discounts from time to time.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
- In case of disputes, Explorex’s decision is final.
⇒ Payment Terms
By making a payment on this site, you agree to the use of your personal details for verification and transaction validation.
Details may be shared with third-party payment gateway agencies solely for verification purposes.
The convenience charge, charged by Explorex, may vary depending on the payment method.

Cancellation/refund/Return
⇒ Flight Terms Details
- Flight Booking: All flight bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking, not just when payment is made.
- Flight Cancellation: The refund amount is given after deducting the airline’s penalty and the Explorex service fee (this does not apply to non-refundable tickets). Each airline has its own cancellation, re-issue, refund, and void policies, which we follow strictly. Explorex has no control over these policies, and they can change at any time.
- Flight Reschedules: If an airline raises the fare during the booking period, you must pay the additional amount, or we will refund what you have paid. For tickets that need to be changed due to a child turning into an adult on the new travel date, you will be charged the difference in airfare plus a date change fee for an adult.
- Refund Policy: Please allow 7 to 25 working days for the refund process to complete (this does not apply to non-refundable tickets).

International package booking:
- Package rates are valid as per our mentioned validity dates and for the room/package category specified. Should the period of stay room, and transportation type change, the above rates will not be valid. Hotel/Package rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, and special events. A surcharge will be levied in those cases.
- No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel changes, etc) will be done once the booking is confirmed.
- Your Confirmation of any of our holiday plans will ensure that you have read the following Cancellation policy thoroughly and accepted it.
- The information that you see on our website/Facebook page is the information provided by our suppliers and hoteliers. The hotelier can change the rent of their hotel anytime. Although we try to verify every piece of information, we cannot be held responsible if any misinformation is given by the suppliers or hoteliers. If you find rooms in a hotel on another website and not Our website, that means we do not have access to the other rooms as hoteliers usually use more than one platform to rent their property.
- Booking money is partially refundable for local tours for special request. For foreign tours non-

- Please note that blackout dates are not cancellable or refundable.
- Except for the non-refundable packages all the refunds will be processed within 07-25 bank working days.
- Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.
- All refunds will be processed within five (7-25) working days.

**The service vouchers for your land package, including accommodations, transportation, and other inclusions, are issued once we receive confirmation from the respective airlines, hotels, and transportation providers involved in your package. While we work diligently to expedite this process, please understand that the issuance of service vouchers is dependent on availability and confirmation from our trusted partners.
Domestic Package Booking:

- 60% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- 40% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- 30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- Refund will not be provided if the tour is canceled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
- Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.
- All refunds will be processed within 7-25 working days.
Child Policy
- No fee will be needed for children below the age of three (3). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.
- 50% fee has to be paid for any child between the age of three (3) and six (5) years old. No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.
- Full amount of money must be paid to get separate seats for children between age three (3) and six (5)
- Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above six (5) years old.

- Information on our website is from suppliers/hoteliers, who may change prices. Though we verify, we can’t ensure complete accuracy. If your booked hotel isn’t available, we’re here to help find a similar one, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
- A refund is processed after deducting the Explorex service fee.
- Timelines and specific policies based on individual hotel cancellation policies.
- No date change option; cancellation and rebooking are required.
- Black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
- Explorex provides various types of accommodation services. You accept the following hotel’s terms and conditions.
- Please take a moment to check whether the hotel you’re interested in is refundable before making a reservation. If it is, rest assured that we’ve got you covered! You can expect your refund to be processed within 07-25 working days, although the exact timeframe may vary based on the specific hotel and your bank’s policies.
Visa
At Explorex, we aim to make your visa application process as smooth as possible for your global adventures. While we can’t guarantee embassy approval, our Visa Return and Refund Policy are designed to provide you with clarity and flexibility.
- We commit to assisting you throughout the visa processing to various destinations worldwide.
- Please note that the outcome of the visa application is subject to the embassy’s discretion, and Explorex cannot assure approval.
- Explorex service charges and processing fees, incurred during the visa application process, are non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome.
- Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes or cancellations to visa applications promptly. Timely communication allows us to assist you effectively.
- Providing accurate and truthful information during the visa application process is crucial. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant details.
EMI Policy
To access the EMI facility, only eligible credit cards from selected banks must be used.
Depending on your card-issuing bank, you can choose a tenure of up to 24/36 months.
The bank may reject the EMI if it deems you ineligible for the installment plan.
The entire amount will be temporarily blocked upon completing the transaction until all installment repayments are finalized.
Depending on the chosen tenure, a minimal non-refundable service fee, known as the Convenience Fee, may apply.
Explorex will adhere to the policy of the bank or payment service provider to address and resolve any issues.
