Payment Terms:-

  • 70% of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our
    company’s account to confirm the package.
  •  100% Payment clear before the Guest check-in.
    Cancellation Policy :-
    There is no contract between AKK CRUSIER and the client until the
    company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
    Incase,customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the
    travel date because of what so ever reasons,including accident,sickness,or
    any other personal reasons,non-payment of the balance payment,the
    Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.All the
    cancellations must be communicated in written.

  •  Rates are valid subject to availability.
  •  The price quoted is subject to change in review of fluctuating exchange rates.
  •  We are not holding any reservations for air seats & hotel rooms etc.
  •  After receiving your confirmation, we will re-check the price & availability.
  •  If we get the same option then the price will remain as per the quotation or offer
  •  General Company Rules-Regulations Applicable (will be informed at the time
    of booking)
  •  Prices are dynamic and subject to change.
  •  ALL HOTELS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
  •  Similar hotels will be given in case selected hotels are sold out/ under
    maintenance/ have service issues.
  •  Free stay facilities for Children below 5 years in parent’s room without extra
    bed and meals.
  •  Milk/Meal Charges for infants or children below 5 years are directly payable at
    the hotel.
  •  Children between 5-12 Years & Adults (Above 12 years.) will cost
    extra according to the company’s policies.
  •  Explorex reserves the right to make any changes subject to negotiation.

    PROGRAMME, IF THERE WILL BE ANY CHANGE AS PER THE REQUEST OF THE GUEST,
    THEN IT WILL BE CHARGEABLE ACCORDINGLY****** IN SPECIAL CONSIDERATION,
    OTHER HOTELS WITHIN THE SAME PRICE CAN BE CHOSEN BASED ON THE DISCUSSION
    OF BOTH PARTIES ******
